"Evergreen Natrual Medicine has been my medical home for 9 years. I have been so lucky to have this female owned business to support my family. Dr Flores has become like a trusted (and fun) friend while offering me all of her support and guidance."
"I’d like to share a few details and a timeline to explain my rating. 7/18/23: I emailed and asked if Dr. Royer does pelvic floor therapy and they said yes. 8/24/23: She said because of my digestion issues we can’t do the therapy though I’ve had these issues for years and was hearing it for the first time. Also I mentioned both therapy and GI problems in the email but was scheduled nonetheless. 9/20/23: Doctor requested liver MRI because she said there could be endometriosis lesions. She also requested TMJ MRI because I’ve been having chronic pain. 10/5/23: Turns out Dr. Royer needs another appointment to go over the liver ultrasounds even though we reviewed them last time. 10/30/23: I asked for an update and they said both liver and TMJ orders were sent to Rayus and I should call them to schedule. 10/31/23: Turns out Rayus doesn’t accept my insurance anymore so I sent Dr. Royer’s office the Providence clinic address instead. They were aware about Rayus situation but didn’t tell me in advance. They said they faxed it to Providence instead. 1/10/24: Providence asked Dr. Royer to send them the diagnosis codes because Dr. Royer didn’t include them in the MRI orders. 1/11/24: Dr. Royer’s office just told me that she can’t order the Jaw MRI though they said they ordered it on 10/4/23. They basically kept me waiting for 3 months just to tell me they can’t order it and the dentist should do it. Now I need to find a dentist, get a referral to orthodontist, and then ask them to order an MRI of jaw. I could’ve done that 3 months ago if Dr. Royer told me that in the first place. They again asked me to send them the address even though I sent it to them back in October when they said they faxed it over so I don’t know why they’re asking again as if they didn’t know. 1/12/24: They told me they (finally) faxed the liver MRI over to Providence with diagnosis code and I should be able to schedule next week! 1/22/24: It’s been 10 days and no update. They just emailed me and asked to come for appointment to talk AGAIN about the order they should’ve sent 3-4 months ago. Are you kidding me? I might have endometriosis in my liver, as Dr. Royer said, but I’d rather wait 4 more months and see a different doctor. Half a year ago the main reason I went there was because I wanted to get a pelvic floor therapy. Maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t. I’m just tired of doctors looking at patients as they’re numbers and not people. Here, they care more about quantity over quality. You can go ahead and cancel my liver MRI. I hope my review was helpful. P.S.: 1/23/24: Providence rep emailed me today: “I've reached out to the clinic multiple times and they're sending the wrong order”. I think no additional comments are necessary."
"I scheduled a primary care wellness appointment with Dr Bartlett so it would be covered by insurance, explained this when I scheduled the appointment and let them know I just wanted help getting routine blood work that would be covered by insurance. What I got was a three hour, confusing whirlwind which did nothing to help me, no blood work, and cost nearly $300 out of pocket because she said she spent too much time with me, not what I had asked for or wanted. I was talked into two expensive Vit C IV's, she should have done blood work before hand but I couldn't get her to, I had a terrible reaction to them and she said I was just detoxing but I shook violently, had a terrible headache and have been having a lot of health issues during and since but slowly getting better. I had Vit C IV before, a couple times, never had that happen, don't know what she mixes into her bag. I paid out of pocket for a urine test for heavy metals and have just learned that any doctor who knows anything, would have had that done before starting an IV. It will probably invalidate the urine test and I don't have the funds to pay to do it again. And she just would not work with me to get basic labs which is the main reason I went to see her. I went to zoom care today, spoke with a wonderful and compassionate person who ordered blood work for me and it was all free of charge. I spent $1k in three visits to see Dr. Bartlett and am still trying to recover what health I have left and it set me back financially too despite my efforts to find someone in network and part of my insurance plan. I have to wait three weeks now before getting labs done because of those Vit C IV's, information I desperately need and begged for from the beginning."
"This has by far been the best experience I have had at any doctor's office I have been to. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and comfortable. My 1st appointment with Dr. Jhaveri was phenomenal. She truly cares and took her time to understand my needs. The appointment was thorough and she provided me with so much beneficial information. I greatly appreciated my experience here."
"Dr. Jhaveri is AMAZING, as well as the office staff. They are all super friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Jhaveri Has helped me BETTER my health by giving me a ton of great advice and suggestions. She was consistant from day one, and I love the fact that she truely got to know me. I’m a little anti-social and don’t trust people often, but Dr. Jhaveri is so trustworthy, that I even scheduled appointments for her to be my kids’ doctor. It’s nice to know that my whole family can get help and great advice under her care, and when needed. Although I am a little on the anti-social side, it was easy to feel comfortable with her, and to be open and honest. I can tell... she is far from judgemental. And just that? Has kept me as a patient :) I truly appreciate all she’s done to help me. :)"
