"Every staff member was so kind and thoughtful. I felt like the only patient and not at all like a number. Dr. Reddy was not only quick, thorough, and gave great explanations, but she also went out of her way to comfort me while I was going under anesthesia. The nurse who checked me in was also fantastic. I wish I'd caught his name. He was so mindful, talked me through everything, and included small pieces of generosity such as tucking my cold feet into a warm blanket when I was cold. The procedure was so quick, so easy, and without anxiety. I highly recommend this facility."

That said, everything from check in to check out was easy and I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Dr. Reddy and staff were thorough, completely professional and all very kind and caring."
"From scheduling to prep advice.. check in and pre, in surgery and post.. everyone was very nice and helpful. It is not exactly a fun experience to have a colonoscopy but I can assure you everyone here is super nice and patient with you. I can’t say I had a great time lol it is a colonoscopy, but I can tell you I it was a great experience from a customer service and medical angle as a patient."
"Their messaging says it takes them a week to call you back to schedule you, 'and please don't call multiple times.' I had to call weekly for three weeks, finally hit a few buttons to get a live person who scheduled me for the initial consult. The messaging said they were having staffing issues, but if it's goiing to take longer than a week to get back to me, then just say so in the messaging. Consult went fine, they gave me the prep choice between the gallon of liquid or the pills. I took the liquid, prep went about as well as you could expect. Procedure was fine. Pre-procedure nurse was great, nurse anesthetist and doctor were great, recovery nurse very much wanted me out of there as soon as possible. Attitude of 'Oh you're awake, great, let's get your clothes on.' Not rude, but not the best bedside manner either. Kinda the Southwest Airlines cattle car treatment."
