She's helping me make consistent progress healing from surgery and takes her time to answer any questions and make sure I feel confident with my home exercise program. "They are excellent. She really works hard at figuring out what is causing the tingling and numbness in my hands and fingers. I've been shown schematics of the body and she has explained how the nerves and muscles work in the different areas. She listens, gives feedback and I am getting results. She really goes full throttle in figuring it out. Of course, I am doing the PT exercises she instructs me to do. I know too many people that complain about PT not helping but then they will say, " but I'm not doing the exercises". So that being said, Do your PT exercises and get results and dont blame the therapist."
"The PT I'm working with at Therapeutics Associates is Sara Pancoast. She is very good. She listens! She does not overload you with a bunch of exercises the value of which you don't understand. Instead, she gauges the workouts to your needs and your ability to perform them and explains the rationale behind them in detail. I don't have scads of time to devote to this every day and you probably don't either. But she will create a program specifically designed for you that you can perform with a manageable commitment of time so you can keep moving forward toward your goals."

After a few weeks of PT I was making progress to getting better. Sarah has been so helpful with finding ways to get me back to what I love doing in my day to day life.
