"5 people are on staff, 2 do the work of 5. Waited 1 and a half hour for a doctor to sign a document. They first had to make a copy, then sign. I would not recommend this place, please stay away."

"Went in for a severe allergic reaction, they didn’t give me a drs note at the time of discharge so when I call back to get the drs note they say I have to come back in and pay to get seen again to be able to get a drs note when I was just in 2 days before.. This place is very unprofessional. And I would not recommend to anyone"

"I have had many positive experiences here over the past 9 years however the follow up on my most recent visit has been non existent to the point that I have had to call the office 5 times over the past 2 weeks to try to speak with the Doctor about the results of my tests that she ordered. I keep being told that she will call me "tomorrow " but the call never happens...still waiting!"

"I arrived at newberg urgent care at 4:05 pm. I was one of two cars in the parking lot. They don’t let you walk in at this location. You have to call a posted number for assistance. I called, they asked me why I was wanting to be seen. I told them I was diabetic and needed antibiotics for a wound that had become infected. They put me on hold for just under 13 mins. When they came back to the phone they told me they were not taking anymore patients for the day, but I was welcome to come back at 9 am the next day. I have work the next morning so I drove to Sherwood. I was in and out of Sherwood immediate care in 22 mins from when I walked into the clinic, with a prescription for antibiotics. I will make the trip to sherwood in the future. I really wish they had not kept me sitting in the parking lot on hold while they decided not to take me."
