ATI Physical Therapy

"If this review were solely based on the physical therapy treatment, I wouldn't hesitate to give a five-star review. I had great times working with Dean, Hernando, and Larissa. The exercises were not boring, and they actually helped with my neck/back issues. Now, this is where ATI can work on improving. I came in for my first appointment and work with Rob. He mentioned that he mainly works out of the Sherwood branch but also helps at Brookwood. He was able to take baseline measurements and came up with a schedule for me to come back on a bi-weekly basis to work with him mainly. He was nowhere to be found on my next appointment and future ones, and I ended up working with different therapists for the rest of my future visits. It wasn't very reassuring to establish an initial plan with one therapist and then work with different ones throughout multiple visits. Last, I was told that each visit would cost me $35 out of pocket after they went through my insurance. But I ended up getting billed $85 for each visit out of pocket. I should have double-checked on this, but please make sure you confirm this, especially if you have some type of deductible on your insurance."
