"The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed during our stay. The motel does have a great location right off of i-84 and convenient to downtown Pendleton. Rooms could use an updating, but not bad for the price."

"I enjoyed my stay very much, except for the family of elephants staying above my room! Other than that, my room was very nice and clean. The jetted tub was a delight and the price for this room was very reasonable! I had driven from the Oregon Coast to stay here, and it was a very good choice. The front desk staff was exceptional! Friendly! and Helpful!!!"

"Location is great. We have stayed many times. We choose this location due to price and having an indoor pool. The pool has been not great but at least an option. This visit the pool was closed (said likely the norm), this is the second visit we were assigned room 230 which smells awful and smoky. They did move us which we appreciate. The new room had half the outlets not working, tub was pretty gross and beds were not comfortable. This is also the second visit we had to wait a very long time for a staff to check in. For price get what you pay for"

"The room wasn’t clean, the blanket on the bed had a very musty smell to it and had burn holes in it, the counters had crumbs and the bathtub had hair in it. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. Definitely won’t stay at that hotel again after reading some of the other reviews. Looks like this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time."
