Ranch Motel

"We're always looking for interesting places to stay off of the beaten path. If they're a good value, then doubleplusgood! The Ranch Motel is a vintage a-frame roadside hotel that is a terrific place to stay. The new owners are super nice and helpful, and the a-frame cabins are super cute, clean, and retro-cool. The value is superb. We've stayed here twice now, and it will be the hotel for us, every time we pass through the area. I almost want to keep it a secret, but I'd be letting down the very kind owners who deserve your business."

"Lisa was great in welcoming me off of a rainy I-5 on a Friday night..all previous corporate motels were poorly staffed, too expensive ($250 for a Motel 6???) or full without their NO Vacancy sign switched on. Thank you for being a warm, "normal" person. Rooms were unique, comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. I'll see you again"

"4 stars only becaise of poor local dining choices. Otherwise great. The A-frames are inherently quiet. Very clean and tidy rooms. We stayed there on our northbound journey and again on our southbound journey. Shower was excellent."

"We had an amazing stay, I am so glad we stayed here! I will for sure be coming back in the future. The owners were so nice and they made me feel safe. The A frames are adorable, I love the cabin feel and the way the rain sounds on the roof. The scenery outside my window was beautiful too. It was so convenient being right off the 5 fwy too. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The outdoor areas are really nice too, the grassy area for dogs and they even have a chicken coop. Did I mention they are extremely pet friendly which was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay and I’m so glad I found somewhere perfect to stay when I am passing through the area. We will be back again soon! I would choose The Ranch Motel over any big hotel chain any day! Stay here, you won’t regret it!! :)"

"I am so glad I came across this awesome Motel on Google! This is the classic roadside Motel in the process of being updated without losing its vintage architecture and charm which I really appreciate and love. The owners are currently updating the property with new roofs on each A Frame and other infrastructure upgrades. It is cozy like a classic cabin and has a fun industrial container bar/snack bar and community patio being built to sit and lounge. It is currently super affordable and we booked the 3 bed cabin which has a loft and perfect for a small family. When we arrived and the staff were able to take time to chat about nearby restaurants and attractions and Eugene is also nearby and is a great place to explore and check out cafes!"
