The cabins are spotless and well appointed. And anything you could need, you just ask, and they will graciously provide it. Carol and Rick are the most welcoming and memorable hosts. With so many stories and adventures to share, you will learn about this area's history and its tales. Not enough stars to rate this place!"

"They canceled our long standing reservations to accommodate “preferred” guests. Thought this place had integrity based on the reviews and our friends recommendation that we stay there with them. Funny thing is the owners didn’t know one of our friends is one of those “preferred” guests and will (would) be staying there but Is now canceling and will leave similar reviews. I guess they only care about money. Still haven’t received a refund and plan on suing."

"Fantastic views, wonderful hiking opportunities, short walk to the river where you can swim or watch the boats go by. Cabins have a wonderful cozy feeling. Can't wait to go back!"

"DoubleTree Ranch is beyond beautiful. The scenery is majestic, the cabins are sterile clean and warm and inviting. There's no TV or other electronic disturbances. But there is very good wifi available. My mom and sister stayed in the Cedarhouse Cabin in 2011. They are from Minnesota.y mom, sister and brother are here this week staying in the Summerhouse cabin. The ranch does open their season until the middle of May but they made an exception and opened up just for my family. The cabins are furnished with all the essentials, and then some. The is a little cabin called the Sudsy Pup that houses a very nice set of washer and dryer, landline, board games, etc. The cabins are furnished with kitchens necessities, dish washer, full size refrigerator and stove, microwave, and extremely comfortable beds. The owners, Rich and Carol are most gracious and the best hosts ever. I can't even begin to describe the beauty of the outdoors. It's almost heaven here. There are well manicured trails to enjoy that takes you to the beautiful Rogue River below, even a Sandy Beach is available. Lots of peace and quiet. Thank you so much Rick and Carol for making our family so welcomed! We will be back and we will let our friends know about this wonderful ranch."

"We just finished our family vacation, we rented the Meadow View cabin and Summer house. The summer house is so cozy, has a great outdoor yard and plenty of space. The Meadow house was very large, had plenty of bathrooms and the most comfortable beds. I don't think I've ever slept that good on vacation. Everything is very well taken care of, there is plenty of privacy, and it's so peaceful. We spent most of our time playing games on the huge outdoor patio and relaxing on the porch watching the deer in the huge yard. The only downsides were the heat and the walk to the river is a little far. But other than that the owners try to make it the best vacation they can, by providing everything you could need. Not only is there a lot to do around the cabins, but hiking, boating, river tours and many more activities are a close drive away. All members of our family, including the furry ones had a great time!"
