"Employees have always been nice to me and often have gone out of their ways to help me with any issues I had picking up prescriptions. Only slight downside of the pharmacy that I have experienced is that the line is often long here--but I don't think that is any fault of the pharmacists/employees."

"Had a script filled yesterday and realized I was 3 short should have had 12 and only was given 9 I didn’t realize until I went and took my 5th dose this morning that wow why is there 4 when I should have 7 left. I didn’t lose or drop any. And I’m in excruciating mouth and teeth pain. I called and was told well we count twice. Well no not if I was only given 9 and I said well I wanted to make you guys aware. No remorse or let us check the cameras. I’ve never filled there so I’ll never return but this was in emergency situation."

"They are almost always super busy but I've been coming here for years and love their customer service and loyalty to the patients they serve. It's worth standing in line, knowing they'll take care of me when it's my turn."

I now spend the extra time & expense to travel outside the area to patron a competitor pharmacy, in order to avoid this Rx location."

"Was denied my prescription today because the manager is racist. No other legitimate reason other she refuses the right to serve me. But why? Grants Pass is still a sundown town! Yall be carefull and avoid that place"
