"The rooms were extremely clean, had all amenities needed, kitchens were well equipped, beds were made very nicely, actually looked inviting and were very comfortable. The front desk girl was very polite and business like, answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge, and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again and most definitely refer friends and family to stay at this very nice and peaceful motel."

"When my husband and I arrived, soaking wet from a rain storm, the nice lady was having problems with the credit card machine. She graciously gave my husband the key so he could start unloading. Her boss came down to help her and started chastising and belittling her in front of me. It was embarrassing for myself and her. The room was cold and did not have weather stripping or a door sweep on the door. We were freezing all night even with two extra blankets. It was advertised as having free continental breakfast. There was none and we were not informed of this. We paid $136. for what I consider a $75. room. Fool me once…"

"WORST hotel EVER! Save yourself the waste of money and go to reedsport for a hotel. This is by far the worst stay ever and not even close to worth the money wasted. The bed was wet and it was 11pm when we finally noticed and my three year old was tired and their office was closed. We said we would talk to them in the morning and the office was closed again. We had to leave so we tried calling several times and no Answer. Finally the lady answered and she said she would talk to the owner. My other half checked in with her HOURS later and she admitted she hadn’t even called the owner. And then proceeded to call me a liar and said she didn’t believe me that the bed wasn’t wet. And when we asked to talk to the owner she said no. We own a business and this is 100% not how we would treat our customers."
