"This place is wonderful. We found it by accident when we were traveling several years ago and have made it a point to stay there when we passed through. Several years ago they lost several of their cabins in a fire but what they have left is wonderful and we're hoping to see them rebuild."

"It was really hot when we arrived to nicely air-conditioned cabin, hung out for a few hours. After unpacking headed for the river which was refreshing. Walked by the pond and was startled by a duck. 10 and under can fish the pond which is equipped with poles. That evening we played some badminton which was also equipped. There are horse shoes, tennis courts and hoops with basketballs. Had a really good trip there is a hidden gem if you walk the trail next to cabin 5 I believe."

"I loved the treetop cabin. Views are great. Lot of trees and a stream flowing next to this cabin. Relaxing to sit in the balcony and look at the stream. Place was spacious and kitchen has lots of cookware and cutlery. Walking distance to the river. Owners are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice stay. There was a small farm few miles from here. You can get fresh fruits and veggies from there."

"I would seriously recommend the Wayfarer Resort to anybody looking to have an outdoor vacation away from it all. Always an excellent place to stay. My family has been coming here for years, and we've never had a complaint. The cabins are very well kept, and the scenery is simply beautiful. The resort is situated right against the Mackenzie River. Plenty of opportunity for hiking and fishing if you're willing to drive, and Eugene/Springfield is only about a half hour away. Great place to get away from it all and just relax. I've never been anywhere else so consistently great."
