"We had a very nice room. It was clean and I loved the decor. We had a perfect river view! We didn't hear any other people walking by and noise from other rooms."

"Rooms are nice, but could use some maintenance. Our bathroom door got stuck closed and after a good shaking it broke free. The menu needs to be better, the food is not a desirable. I had a wygu burger that looked like it a prefrozen patty. Not attractive! I rated food a 3. The breakfast not to be desired. If they can get the food better I would rate a 4.5"

"It’s always a great pleasure to attend any function being hosted at Independence Hotel. Last night, while hosting a prohibition era themed Casino Night for PCL, Inc. with my Party Team - I know the folks I was dealing Blackjack for all night had a phenomenal time as three different folks had won a raffle prize due to their winnings from my table. It was a delight helping put on an extravagant Casino Night at Independence Hotel."

"Amazing staff, rooms, location, town, and awesome time! Word of caution: If you plan on using the fitness room, you have to reserve it 30 min at a time. Gigantic bummer for people traveling to only have 1 person allowed to work out every 30 minutes in an entire hotel full of people. Their breakfast potatoes are perfect tho!! Yummm. I just couldn’t work off the calorie intake. Lol. Thank you for a (mostly) great stay!! :)"
