"I don't leave a lot of 1 star reviews but this pharmacy is a hot mess. Came in last week, the drive thru was closed. Pulled in and parked went inside to find the lobby was closed and the drive thru now open."

"Trying to reach the pharmacy is the worst I've ever encountered. Why do we need to listen to hours, mealbreaks, hear every few seconds how many callers are ahead of you? There are endless minutes of the recording saying there are more than 3 callers ahead of you, yet it never changes. I understand they are busy but it's very frustrating not getting through."

"Been there 4 times, out of med for 3 days. 2 visits ago was told they had to go to a different supplier, been 2 days and 2 visits and still nothing, what a joke! Never, ever coming to Walgreens again."

"Salem, South Commercial and Hilfiker location. Pharmacy left me high and dry today. Dropped off my paper prescription at 11:30 a.m. They posted they'd close 2 hours early, at 5 p.m. due to unforeseen circumstances. As it was an ER Rx I asked if they were going to be able to fill my prescription by 5 and was told yes. Showed up at 3:15 to check on it and they were closed. No information as to why. Just FYI."

"The people at this location are working their butts off. This review is about Walgreens corporate. This location has been understaffed for years now. FIX THIS NOW! It's pretty simple, pay people more if you can't find qualified workers at your current pay levels. This used to be the best pharmacy in South Salem. They can't service military personnel on same day mandatory flu shots even though theyre supposed to be "walk-in", this is unacceptable."
