Walgreens Pharmacy

"I've been coming here for a few years now. Lately, I'll get an email saying my prescription is ready for pick up. When I get there, it never is and I have to wait 30+ mins for it. Not to mention how many times they have been closed when I try to pick up my meds. I'm fed up with this place. I will be taking my business and money elsewhere. Not worth the never-ending hastle. 1 star because I have to. Zero stars is more like it."

"Monday, I requested same day delivery. (I had a ln 8am procedure at hospital on Wednesday that required prep.) Notified Order was delayed. Then it was notified it was cancelled. I frantically searched for another source (I am handicapped.) then ordered from Rite-Aid. Received Monday night. Prep and procedure done Wed noon. Thursday morning found my Walgreens cancelled order at my front door! due to the prep and the procedure I never looked at my email. They had sent me an email that they were going to deliver. However, I was recuperating. "Same day" delivery....cancelled order, then delivering 2 days later...come on!!!"

"The pharmacy is not a well-oiled machine or professional (depending on who is working behind the counter). They need to streamline the process, like publix. It is consistently struggling. I would strongly consider using a different location for prescription pickup."

"Having to wait a long time for a prescription was not too bad but, having the need to use the restroom and being a frequent customer was not cool when they told me No. I have a broken leg and cannot move too fast and really had to use the restroom. A "No I'm sorry" is understandable but a straight No and the way it was said sounded kind of rude. Employees there don't seem too happy as if they hated their job. Poor management BTW. This is one of the dirtiest Walgreens I have come across. Items on shelves look like someone was in a hurry to put things away and go home."

"Pharmacy was short staffed and closed for 4 days. Nobody knew because they forgot to switch the phone system over to state temporarily closed. I sat on hold for 1 1/2 hours before I finally hung up. I called the main Walgreens headquarters and they didn't know what was going on. I finally got ahold of the store manager who explained they were short staffed and forgot to switch the phone to state this. I was out of my medication for 7 days before they finally opened and got my prescriptions filled."
