"Atrociously slow. Ellie, one of the personnel, is especially slow in understanding, processing, and performing tasks. Every encounter with her results in confusion by her, slowness to process actions, uncertainty expressed by her leading to lack of trust and confidence in what she says. Her actions and communications are always accompanied by actions and expressions of uncertainty in doubt, which is not only odd but concerning. It's very disconcerting when talking to pharmacy staff about important issues such as medications and leaving with a very low confidence of what they're telling me. Really should think about overhauling how staff is trained and how pharmacy operates, but probably will fall on deaf ears."
"Slow to fill prescriptions to the point where every month I am either left with a gap in my medications or I'm worried about it and have to call repeatedly over several days to reach staff once. I appreciate there's a staffing shortage but after a year you'd hope the situation would be better rather than worse. For the second month in a row, I've run out before the refill. It's been two weeks since my provider sent the script. I'm switching pharmacies."
"I am new to Corvallis, was shopping for a pharmacy and found it!! I had a very positive, satisfactory experience. I expected a five or so day wait for my prescriptions to be ready since they were from another state but they were ready in a day and a half. I found a pharmacy I am happy with."
"If I could give them a zero star review, I would. Every time I go here, there is always a problem. They are constantly are messing up refills and prescriptions. Techs are not helpful and unwilling to actually look for the prescriptions. I called for a refill on my inhaler and they said they had to contact my doctor, it would be ready in about four days. The lady said she could not do anything else for me and if I wanted it sooner then I would have to go to my doctor. Okay, so I did. I went in four hours after my virtual doctors appointment for a prescription for a new inhaler and they could not find my prescription. I was told "I had no new prescriptions and there was nothing they could do." She said "We are still waiting for the refill to go through." I told her I had a new prescription that was sent over because I had an online doctors appointment at 9am. She did not check and she says "there is nothing I can do because I do not have a prescription for it." I said "okay I will check" and I left. I began calling the help line and put on a call back list for my doctor. I looked at the App on "MyChart" which states she prescribed the medication and sent it over to that exact pharmacy. I then downloaded the Safeway Pharmacy App and it has my prescription on there! I called back and a man picks up. I tell him my info and he says it will take an hour for my prescription to be ready since the pharmacist is on lunch. I ask him why couldn't they find my prescription when I went in an hour ago. He says "electronic prescriptions take longer to receive and there is nothing I could do because I just got it." My doctors appointment was at 9am and it was now 1:46pm. I went in an hour before calling back and they had no record of it and it really took 4+ for an electronic prescription to go through?! So I told him I wanted to switch pharmacies because they always mess up my prescriptions. He then tells me to "go on ahead" and hangs up. Not even 5 minutes later, I get a text saying my prescription is filled even though he told me it would take an hour since the pharmacist was on lunch."
"I have always been treated well and have never had a messed up perscription from pharmacy. My family uses only this pharmacy because they are kind, helpful and competent. The rest of the store is fairly clean and usually has what I need. The only time I have ever found something on a shelf is when it is a popular item on sale... So understandable, and I usually can find someone to check in the back for more, no one has ever complained when I asked. My experience in this store has never been like previous reviewers, my family has used it since it first opened."
