Came to the store- while still on hold- and witnessed pharmacy employing simply picking up phones and placing people on hold… no greeting.. and no getting back to them ever. Must be cool to avoid your entire job as a customer service rep. Then I waited in line for 30 minutes. Then again for 8 minutes for a consult."
"My first experience with Corvallis RX. Showed up to get meds that the doctors office confirmed calling them into. I was told that they did not have them. Received a text two days later saying that they had them. Called to confirm and was put on hold for 16 minutes. Thinking I was forgotten I hung up and called back. The phone was answered by someone who promptly hung up on me….ugh."
