"Nope. No. Not. The entire audience lifted out of their seats when the sound blasted on at cover level, front of the speakers volume. Painful. When we asked, we were offered earplugs from a container that indicated this was normal. And told the manager was too busy serving popcorn to help us. I’ll save that for Metallica, thanks. My hearing , my wallet & my sense of value are going to cinemark, the metro or the art house. Bye, Regal."

"The theater had great acoustics. The seats are extremely comfortable. I was more than impressed by the leg room as well. Bathrooms were well maintained and clean. It was also nice to walk through a movie theater without my feet sticking to the floor."
