"Great location and view. We stayed in an ocean front room and the ocean at high tide would come right below the hotel. We liked the wave noise and could hear it very well when we opened the slider even just a few inches and it canceled it out when shut if it bothers you. The rooms were very clean and updated with no issues. The offseason prices seemed reasonable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"This was the best hotel it was right on the ocean the people were super super friendly and very easy to work with. It had a little kitchenette in the room and the location was perfect. We loved it and would definitely come back. Only regret is that we weren't able to stay there longer and use their pool."

"I don’t usually do recommendations, but we liked this location so much we’d love to see it improve. So, here’s the Good: Excellent location right by the ocean. Comfy, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Internet maxed out at 9Mbps which was sufficient to stream a movie and hold a video conference. And the Bad: Cold breakfast options only. Recommend adding standard eggs, waffles, sausage. Rooms are not soundproofed and doors slam closed loudly. Recommend installing at least insulation strips in door frames and sound proof windows on parking lot side. Neighbor’s balconies allow them to see into your bedroom unless you close everything up and shut out the beautiful ocean view and sound. This was especially concerning when one neighbor began filming the beach over our balcony’s railing, ten feet from our bed. Recommend dividers be installed extending the full depth of balcony and no-smoking placards on ledge. Had to ask desk to help stop ignorant neighbors from blowing cigarette smoke across balcony and into our room. Not staff’s fault and they were quick to act. Thanks!"

"Excellent place on the beach. We liked it so much we changed our plans and stayed another night. The two gentlemen at the desk were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable as well as the entire facility. Clean and in good condition. Thanks Danny."
