"The nurses here have been great, but I have had multiple appointments canceled with none or little notice. Make sure you always call before you show up for your appointment to make sure they haven't canceled it. Also, don't be surprised if you get a call at the last minute asking to reschedule."

"They help me get my infusions so I can feel better. I've had some nurses though that get upset when they try to get my vein on the first try and my veins don't cooperate. The nurses are sometimes rude. (That's why the 4 star) but I don't think they try to be but some of them I remember their faces and when I get them again I'm like uh oh... But other than that option care has been great, and love that they try their best to help people."

"Never , NEVER use this company! They will lie to your face about what insurance company they will bill and when you get the bill they will transfer you to India when you call so you can't understand them. Then when you do get someone they want YOU to do all of the leg work to get all of the insurance info and authorization numbers that THEY SHOULD BE DOING! Report them to the BBB and state AG as fraud !!"
