"Waited 5 hrs on standby only took apts got nothing done , need to fire these do nothing's today try again with appointment at 2 pm and the sign says walk-ins welcome maybe to be disrespected"

"This place is absolutely terrible. It sucks to say but there is no one to help you in the 10’x30’ from where you just sitting a disgusting atmosphere. When you schedule an appointment it doesn’t matter you might as well check in and go back home for a bit. I scheduled my appt. for 11am… I have been waiting for almost an hour and a half at this point. The most idiotic system I’ve experienced. The only reason I had to come back is because the last time I was here their “system was down” so I wasn’t able to submit my tests online just holding me back. This place is terrible please don’t waste your time."

"My appointment mysteriously disappeared even though I have the confirmation code. Ofcourse I can't tell anyone because nobody works in reception anymore."

"The technician and the manager were extremely rude; in addition to being incompetent, they were purposefully unhelpful. The technician berated me for coming into the lab with such complicated tests on a Saturday, blaming me for her inability to figure out her job. The manager was equally blase and unhelpful. Legacy Laboratory had no problem completing the labs. The technician was competent and helpful."
