Pacific Suites by Hallmark

"Have stayed at the Hallmark several times and this is the first time at the Pacific Suites. Blown away! Really wonderful. Spacious, clean and exceptionally well-appointed. The suite is immaculate. Bathroom is great (no bath) but a spacious digital rain head shower. A separate bedroom and a bed in the main area. Three TVs. Fridge and freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and microwave. There's a fireplace. An enclosed, private patio. Easy access (easier than from the hotel) to the beautiful beach across the street. Comfortable sofas and arm chairs. Eating table with chairs. Makeup mirror in the bathroom. Quiet. And, on top of it all, dog-friendly."

"Heated floors in the bathroom. Towel heater. Full refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove, two king beds, one queen sofa bed, split ductless AC. Views of beach. Walking distance to many places to eat and shop. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They offered many suggestions for places to eat, sights to see, and more."

"The location was great. Quick walk to the beach as well as some local restaurants. A local quick market was a quick walk as well. The room we chose was not on the beach, so no view available. The parking was extremely tight and kind of sucked. The room had a full kitchen including a two burner stove and full size fridge. Toaster and all the glass ware and kitchen ware was on hand. The coffee maker was k-cups with 4 provided. When the room was serviced it was hit or miss. Some days they did not replace the coffee used other days they did. They never brought any replacement shampoo, conditioner, or body soap. On day 5 of 6 I walked up to the office and asked for some. The front staff was hit or miss as well. My initial impression was poor. On check in the lady was sharp, unfriendly, and behaved like I was keeping her from something. She told me to come back in 20 minutes. On return she ignored me until the next front desk person was available. The lady that did check us in was polite and efficient but neglectful as well never providing the kids beach toys that we found out days later was part of check-in, included as a free welcome package. The only really helpful person was the person that gave us the soap, shampoo, and conditioner having to go to a different part of the building to obtain the items. Two swimming pools, three hot tubs a sauna, and gym available. What saves this place is the location and proximity to both the beach and main street."
