"It was an easy walk from the cottage to the beach. That was great for me since I have back issues. Also, the cottage was cozy, and the fireplace really warmed the place up. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Door locks is not easy to use, curtain or shading were broken, call the service to fix , wait two hours to solve the problem. There are no air conditioning, room temperature is 86F and pretty hot, after told the service man he bring a fan ."

"Terrible customer service from Vacasa. Unit is well located but tiny and no place to put any luggage or unpack. Kitchenware was dirty (5/7 coffee cups, filthy cutting boards, food left rotting in pots). I informed Vacasa and sent photos. I did not feel safe using the kitchen because of the unsanitary conditions. Esp in a post Covid world! This meant I paid for a kitchenette unit that was useless and had to pay for meals out. I asked for a refund of the cleaning fee and a refund of 1 night of my 2 night stay (to compensate meal costs). Vacasa put me off and gave the run around for > a week. I had to follow up several times and I spoke to several "customer service managers". I finally got my cleaning fee refund but no more. I was told refunds were up to the discretion of the local team. The same local team that was underperforming/incompetent and not cleaning properly in the first place! Terrible customer service. DO NOT BOOK WITH VACASA you will get no assistance if something goes wrong"

"This place is absolutely perfect! The location is right off the main Street but extremely quiet and peaceful. There is no ocean view, but it is within walking distance. The rooms are extremely quaint and clean. Absolutely adorable beach cottages! These small cottages offer a lot of sleeping areas tucked away. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean! Each room has a different color scheme which makes it fun. I highly recommend these. The price is more than reasonable."

"Admittedly, we paid a lot because of a late reservation for Labor Day weekend, so I'm not knocking stars off because of price. I will say that the cottage, as cute as it is could only handle 2 people on an overnight. The bathroom is tiny, and is accessible through a half width door in the bedroom. That door doesn't have a handle or transitional latch either. It is also not sound deadening. The kitchen is well stocked, but small, and the living room cannot accommodate more than 4 people without getting very tight. It is cute, and well situated between the two ends of the town. It's about 1/4mi off marker 6 on the beach. I'd recommend it for couples and be aware that it is smaller than the pictures make it look."
