"Not impressed. The kids are safe, that's not the issue. The director is a poor communicator and doesn't stick to her word, or doesn't remember it. If there's any questions you have she responds in defense mode and acts like you're a B. Childcare is PEOPLE business, and its our children; they need to be sensitive to that and have open communication, which is opposite of what we received. The billing is a nightmare and we were quoted 3 different prices and none of them were what they said we then owed. I felt like I was being taken advantage of financially. The children in the 0-2 yr room seem bored and the adults don't play with them or do any play learning; its a free for all. Every time I went in there was at least one kid sitting alone and crying and no one attending to them or comforting them. Only one person in all of the staff seemed to actually like the kids and interact with them and she wasn't in the same room. Over $90 a day for care is OBSCENE."
