"A place to get off of the street and get free food and rent. The people there are mostly convicted felons on disaability with mental health issues. Many of these folks have a history of violence and drug and alcohol addiction. Though drug tests are administered by their young and inexperienced staff, many there still drink and use drugs. There are no psychologists or mental health staff there. The 'clients' are supposed to be working on transitioning into a job and housing. Many however are just taking a free ride. One can stay for 2 years. One can also be thrown out at anytime for any reason the director chooses. Lots of politics, emotional and psychological violence. Not a good place for those recovering from partner or family abuse. Lots of rules, fairness is arbitrary. Its sort of like an extra minimum securuty prison with the lunatcs running the asylum. Very little attention is given addiction recovery- thus all the addicts who never really plan to leave."

"I don't recommend this place. Emily is the housing manager there. The staff there tell lies and write you up to get you kicked out. When I talked to Emily about it. She already signed papers to kick me out. I was in the family rooms there. I tried to explain what happened she said that it doesn't matter if her staff lied or not to my face in her office in front of my wife and kid. That place is garbage."
