Reviews
"The staff is always spectacular! My children have gone for 2 years. The staff is warm, accommodating and fresh. There is always something new to do, and my children are highly engaged."
"We love the Adventure Club! My two daughters go there for their afterschool program, and during the summer. They go on all sorts of awesome trips. My kids are always coming home with awesome projects/arts and crafts. The staff is awesome. They are all so welcoming, they never miss saying 'Hi' or 'Bye'. Lolita has been very supportive in some personal troubles going on our life. I love this place, and I feel like my kids are being sent with family."
"Great after school care, transportation is convenient and their program fosters outdoor play and their is lots to do inside. Staff is rather informal. Downside is that they are swamped with kiddos and if your child needs special attention they may not be able to give it to them. If your child has behavioural issues they may terminate you. They claim that they cannot be liable."
"The staff are unprofessional. I find them rarely engaging with the children. I also tried informing them that I needed the link to pay my account and was ignored till a late charge was accessed to my account. So, I emailed back and forth. On Thanksgiving, the lead staff decides to respond and is unprofessional. The lead staff is rude but, agrees to remove the late charge. In all things account, I give them the opportunity to grow and learn from these bad habits. The response is I should go else where if I am unhappy. Well as someone who cares for the wellbeing of all, I was hoping for change and improvement. I instead recieved harsh words of acceptance of a poor program for children. ....Update, the co-owner of Adventure Club changed mind of reversing the late fee. We now have a meeting Monday morning to discuss program problems."
