"The Center, unfortunately, does not follow proper procedures regarding sanitation. Toys are sprayed rather than washed and sprayed. At least 80% of the children in the Pre-K room were ill. There is also an Ant infestation near the cubby area, where employees knowingly place the children's clothing and personal items in. After many requests regarding sending in pest control, suggestions of properly sanitizing as well as bullying concerns not being properly addressed I withdrew my child. The center is also known to overcharge as well."
"The Lancaster daycare discriminated against my daughter with autism and ADHD, The program director Brenda told me my children’s names were unusual, I always made arrangements to pick my children up on time . But they sent her will not accommodate you if you have any work related issues and is not flexible at all... you will be on eggshells with this daycare center. They are dirty and I always heard kids cough when coming to pick up my kid, then called me one random day for a runny nose when my child was not sick. Super unrealiable I followed this centers rules to the t. And this was the worst experience of care for my daughters. The communication is horrible and the director is ready to let go of working with a family super fast... so you have to make sure you don’t mess up in anyway with this daycare center"
"CCCC is fantastic child care center. Our son has been attending since August 2018, and what I love about this center is that it is a loving and warm environment. The teachers really love being with the kids and always find creative ways to teach and have fun at the same time. A new Executive Director also took the reigns last year to completely revamp the center and its culture. Her leadership shines through several aspects of the center, from the physical care of the facility, to the hiring of quality staff, to fostering a safe and loving environment for all children. She has also gone through great lengths to prepare the center for the COVID era, striving to make this a safe care center for families and staff."
"Very discriminatory towards my special needs child. They have been seen physically restraining my child. They refused to accommodate her and her needs while receiving the Special needs rate which is meant for helping accommodate her. They just looked at it as an extra payment instead. They are very unsanitary. Children are constantly sick. They refused to listen to me as a concerned parent with how dirty their pre-K and preschool rooms were. You could see the dirt. Children are coming down with head lice and they refuse to clean their center correctly. They would much rather shift the blame on the parents. They can not keep a director and the current one is very unprofessional and rude. When I brought up how I have felt discriminated against and expressed concern, I said I planned on withdrawing my child if my concerns were disregarded. They decided to unenroll my children and didn’t inform me as the parent. They just packed their stuff and left it by the front door when I went to drop my child off. Very unprofessional company and very dirty. I would avoid at all costs!"
"Our 5-month-old joined CCCC Lancaster and we could not be more pleased with the staff's professionalism and attentiveness. Their facilities are nice and clean, they keep to a regular schedule and our child always seems to enjoy himself. Would highly recommend for any parents looking for daycare from infant to preschool ages."
