"[2-star] Frustration with the drive-up window, they close up shop at 7pm on the dot. Doesn't matter if you've been waiting in line for over 25 minutes when there is only 5 people ahead of you and that person in front of you had to gab a little bit at 6:59. You get to the window at 7:00 and you are out of luck, come back the next day. Maybe if there were people behind me I could understand, but there wasn't, it was just me, everything was ready, I only needed 1 1/2 minutes, not the 5 to 10 minutes everyone else was doing. And somehow there needs to be an arrangement for those customers taking 10 minutes at the drive-up window blocking the flow. [3-star] Don't call, better to talk to someone in person. I called once, waited 2 hours then the call just dropped. A month later I tried calling in the morning, 14 minute expected wait time, 45 minutes later I hung up to call again, same 14 minute wait time but after 18 minutes I hung up and opted for the call back option, never got a call back. Be careful with some medicines to refill online. Second time in a row where the status says received but no progress for 7 days. Go in person and they'll be on top of it. The staff are nice enough on site, but phone and online management has been horrible."

"The worst possible service ever. I was on hold for over an hour. They are closed from 1:30 to 2:00 so when it hit 1:30, I hung up. I continued to call back only to be disconnected by the phone system. Terrible!!!! Also the pharmacy my Dr. sent my prescription to, #07975, was temp. closed due to an emergency. There was nothing in the doctors system saying this. What!? Now I cannot get my prescription. I spent all morning trying to contact them and up to 2:30 PM!"

"On 1.22.24 at 6:15 pm went to pick up my prescription. I was told it wasn't ready yet. I let them know when I reffiled it on 1.21.24 I was told it would ready by 12 pm the next day. I told the pharmacy tech I would be back on 1.23.24 to pick it up. I called and waited on hold for 46 minutes and talked to the pharmacy tech and confirmed I would be down to pick up my prescription. Waited in line... got to the front and was told it wasn't ready. I asked if I could wait and was told they are filling over 600 prescriptions and was told to go to the Coburg location as they were open until 9 and I could wait and pick it up there... Extremely frustrated, I left and will not use Walgreen's pharmacy nor shop there again!!"

"Had a prescription sent in last week. Called Monday morning to check status so I don’t waste a trip. Prescription still not filled. I waited on hold for 1 hour and 23 minutes for them to answer the phone just to tell me they have no update or deadline when my prescription will be ready. Seeing as how I don’t usually need prescriptions it’s not something I deal with regularly however being pregnant this is something I really need. Will definitely be switching pharmacies as soon as I shop around an figure out where to go. An hour am a half to receive no help and 6 days without medication are both just unacceptable. Pick another pharmacy if your looking Walgreens Mohawk is worthless."
