"Great neighborhood place for some video lottery!"
"My roommate used to go here to buy cigarettes but they quit providing her brand so she's going to have to find someplace else to get them we both get lottery tickets here they serve beer here and some sandwiches and stuff but most of it is the electronic gambling machines"
"I asked for some water for my wife on the verge of a Heat Stroke in the middle of a tripple digit heat wave. They were completely unprofessional and uncaring in this health matter. I say the woman who scornfully told me NO unless you pay a dollar should no longer work there and be sent to counseling. I told her I would have to go back to car and try to scrape some change and only come back if wife wasn't dead by then. Luckily, WinCo had a water fountain that we were able to fill our SMALL water bottle that I had tried to fill there at Dotty's. So basically, if Dotty's happens to be the closest establishment to where you are when you (or your loved one) essentially rolls out of the car onto the pavement when you are on the verge of a heat stroke, while having your eyesight turn to a blurry hazy white light.... which makes you unable to see your hand in front of your face, PLEASE OH PLEASE DO NOT waste your time crawling into their door in hopes that they'll be humane enough to notice that you are ready to fall over on their floor and kindly help you sit down to not only regaine your composure but also promptly hand you a cup of water so you may also find your eyesight once again. Just a little empathy and a humane gesture for a fellow human being. That is all."
"When I came in I went to get change like I usually do. The worker was rude and said "I can't give you change for all that I can only do $20.00". I said okay. I then went to play games. I then went up for a refil of my soda and to purchase a pepperoni stick. I said "can I have a refil of mt Dew", her response very rude once again "One moment please". At first I didn't say anything but this is the second encounter with this lady. So I say "you didn't have to say it like that I just asked for a refil once you get a chance is fine". She quickly gets upset and frustrated and demands me to leave! She says she has the right to refuse service..I ask her why and she says "your getting all rude with me leave NOW". Now she's yelling at me. I'm talking very calm the whole time, not being disrespectful or anything. I then asked her if she was racist or something or had a problem with me because this is the second time Ive come in and she has had an attitude with me. I also told her I never have issues with the other workers they always give me change no problem. She says "I don't care what everyone else does" "your sick, I'm so tired of you people". I said "you people? As in black people?". She said "no you people always saying I'm racist". I'm like "so this isn't a first time for you". She yells at me to leave again or she will call the cops. I agreed with her to please call the cops because I didn't understand why I was being kicked out. I told her they could review the camera footage and see I didn't do anything wrong. She says "there not going to look at the cameras just because you say I was being rude". She then walks around by me and points to a sign that says "I have the right to refuse service". I asked her for my pepperoni stick and handed her my money again she yelled at me "your not getting it I want you to leave NOW". I then ask her for her manager information and she tells me she doesn't have a manager. I ask, "so there is no manger to speak with about customer complaints?" She yells "NO I'm not giving it to you now leave". I then ask her name she repeats the samething. She then gets her phone and I assume call the "cops". After 15 minutes I called non emergency to see if they could get a cop out, long story short this situation wouldn't be something a cop could come out for. He suggested I come back and get the managers contact information. After I get off the phone with him, I'm walking out the door (I forgot I had money still in my machine because remember all I was going to do was get a pepperoni stick and soda refil) customers stop me and tell me I was leaving my money in the machine. I then took my ticket back up to the counter and asked the worker if she could cash it out for me, this was money left in the machine before you asked me to leave. She looks at me and yells "I'll cash it but only if you leave out that door NOW". I calmly said "mam that's exactly what I just said". I then told her God bless, I would pray for her and be in contact with her manager and then left. Never have I had any issues with any of the workers there but HER! I'm such a nice person, and didn't deserve to be treated like that. I will never go in that Dottys again and I want this situation dealt with."
