"If you are clear on the paperwork you want notarized and don’t want your private information shared with the public, don’t go here. Even after having the county tell us how they specifically wanted the documents completed, Quinn questioned this right after he said it was, “above his pay grade.” Last I checked he wasn’t a county employee or attorney. Quinn needs some serious customer service training as well, which it appears I’m not the first to think this. Also surprised that both employees we used for notary didn’t have previous customers information covered. You would think that they would be more proactive against identity theft. Response to Quinn’s reply. It’s funny that the first employee didn’t question anything we had signed and it wasn’t done correctly. I also wasn’t talking about exhibit A, that had nothing to do with my review. It was page one where the names of the parties involved are listed. Thank you for the reply though, it was much kinder and less condescending than you come across in person."
