"This isn't a review about the experience or the facilities and it is about billing and accounting. We were sent a pair refund checks from this organization many months ago. They both bounced and after contacting about it they got back to and said it's fixed, please redeposit. That worked, however, I requested to have the two $10 returned check fees refunded as well and they said it would be done. I waited about 4-6 weeks and nothing happened. I reached out again and they said they would escalate, so sorry, etc.. I have contacting them 3 times now, 4-6 weeks apart, requesting $20 in compensation for their mistake and I've gotten nowhere. I question their operational integrity and their financial soundness. Update one week later: No one has reached out."
