"I definitely would say the zips in Richland is better than this one. First off I asked for what flavors of shakes they had. The guy rudely said on the left of the menu. In fact the best part is they weren't they are on the right. It looked like they only had 3 flavors which is far less than the Richland Zips."

"Title: Disappointing Experience at Zip's Fast Food I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at Zip's Fast Food that has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. After ordering a meal with specific instructions for no tomatoes, I was disheartened to discover that not only were there tomatoes in my food, but it was also served cold. Understandably disappointed, I called the restaurant to address the issue, only to be told to return and that my order would be remade correctly. Hoping for a resolution, I returned to the restaurant with my receipt and the incorrect food, only to be met with further disappointment. The staff flatly refused to rectify the mistake, despite my clear evidence and the assurance given to me over the phone. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to correct their error left me appalled and utterly disheartened. The abysmal customer service I received during this entire ordeal was simply unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will no longer be patronizing Zip's Fast Food. It is regrettable that a once favored establishment has let its standards slip so dramatically. I can no longer justify wasting my hard-earned money on a business that fails to uphold even the most basic customer service standards. In conclusion, my experience at Zip's Fast Food was nothing short of a letdown. The cold food and the staff's refusal to address their mistake have led me to the conclusion that my patronage is no longer welcome. It is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell to a restaurant I once enjoyed, but I simply cannot support a business that fails to prioritize customer satisfaction."

"The food is on point! The service is almost perfect however some look like they don't want to be there, probably due to low wages. The atmosphere could be better! All the Zips buildings almost look run down. They ALL need pressure washed and restored! I'll pick Zips over any of the burger franchises any day! They are one of the last great surviving franchises from my childhood!"

"Very disgusting food, I would not recommend to anyone the burgers have bearly any meat on the patty was as thin as paper. If you like eating a burgers of tomatoes and lettuce than this is the place for you. Also not very friendly workers, the cashier was man and giving me attitude taking my order. Very disappointing place I thought the food would be good but it was disgusting."

"I decided to try Zip's since it was located across the street from where I was staying. I enjoyed the fun Halloween decorations, La Llorona was really legit. The Bacon Cheese Burger wasn't the best I have ever had but it was good and filling. The fries were plentiful and not over cooked. I did enjoy the Coffee Shake immensely. Overall a good experience, I did like that they were very professional."
