"I seriously have a hard time believing the staff are not on commission. For what ever reason they are so happy to help and on top of it! It's seriously a breath of fresh air to see staff that don't look and act like they don't want to die. Also, I had this preconceived notion that lush products where just "name-brand" low quality products. Stuff that is just as bland as anything else. But as soon as I braved up enough to fork over the extra cheddar, the quality of the product shows. I seriously use at least one lush product every day. The smells in there are amazing, the vibe is good, just all around good experience. They also let you take home samples to try stuff out if you can't decide!"

"I had an absolutely lovely experience today with an employee here who wasn’t wearing a name tag but had a libra pin and black stars drawn on her face. She worked with me for probably 20-30 minutes while I was trying to use an e gift card I couldn’t figure out. She even got on the phone with who I’m assuming is her manager for help, all while manning the store and other customers by herself. She was so sweet and helped me get exactly what I wanted. Incredible customer service."

"I always enjoy coming to this store for the bath bombs and other wonderful-smelling things. They currently have some amazingly designed SpongeBob-themed bath goodies which I just couldn't resist. Service is pretty non-intrusive here compared to other locations I've seen, which can be a relief."
