"Shrinkflation has now hit Massage clinics, you go in for a one hour massage and they only massage you for “50” minutes. They claim that you need five minutes before to talk to you and five minutes of break time once the masseuse is done so you get 50 minutes for a nonmember price of $139… only problem with mine was they started five minutes late and we’re sure to stop exactly 10 minutes before the hour was done so I got 45 minutes of massage time.. basically, the masseuse was whack and I would never go back and this is my personal opinion so the last thing I want is a response from some lame manager defending their operation, but that kind of comes with the territory when you leave an honest review… If you’re a multimillionaire and you want to get what you pay for please come here and waste your money otherwise hard-working Americans go somewhere else and get 60 minutes of massage for 60 minutes of payment…. lol The worst experience ever"

"Facial was great! Probably won't be getting massage again. Staff was trying the hard-sell on monthly subscription despite my telling them that it probably wouldn't work for my schedule. Didn't appreciate their continued efforts to get me to sign up; she just wasn't listening to me."

"Massages are consistently less time then 50 minutes. I have repeatedly mentioned this at the front desk but they don’t do anything about it. My last massage on Saturday was 40 minutes. I will be canceling my membership."

"I believe I was a member here for roughly a year and a half and have finally chosen to cancel. Firstly, when I come to get a massage, I’m there to relax, not be asked constantly for upgrades or deals that are going on that month. Secondly, the massage therapist was great, but has greatly reduced her availability for booking this fall. I enjoy her very much, but since I’m paying a monthly fee and cannot find time with her this seems like a waste of money. Third, I made several appointments online that apparently didn’t go through the system, so when I showed up for my massage, the receptionist said there was nothing booked. It appears their system is faulty. I have now found a new place that is very customer oriented and relaxing, so I won’t be back."

"We scheduled a couples massage. We received a call same day (1.5 hours before our massage) stating there was a call out and that we were unable to get our massage that day. We didn't request anyone special and seemed odd but we went with it. They did offer other options but we decided to reschedule since we had our hearts set on a couples massage. They also kindly removed the "upgrade" fee to a couples massage as a way to apologize for the inconvenience. 2 weeks later we came in for our 1 hour massage.We arrived a few minutes early. Got checked in and our info submitted. That took 10 mins. Our massage was supposed to be an hour. It was less than 45 mins. The consult took 30 seconds. We were both a little confused as to why it wasn't a full hour. But it is what it is. The massages we received were decent. But not amazing. Honestly we probably won't be back."
