"Great! Helpful. Excellent experience. Staff was outstanding. (However, while inside, a customer did not like that I had my phone out and was taking pictures. She asked me to put my phone away... and then took my picture as she drove away. Very odd. Not to mention a little hypocritical. But other than that one customer it was great!) We needed gas and wiper fluid and the crew was nice and helpful. That said, The customer made me rethink how often I post photos and reviews. So maybe I'll change my review style going forward to be less open to confrontation."

"Stopped here while on road trip. Clerks were not very friendly. The cashier told one gentleman to pull his mask up (because of Covid and OR can't seem to get out of stage 2 I believe) when she herself had her mask down below her nose. Lead by example Miss Rude. Surely will go to any other gas stop in that area if I happen to need fuel on future road trips that take us through Pendleton OR."

"This place sucks. They have no air conditioning and the employees are stuck in there sweating like pigs in 102°+ heat. This also has an effect on the merchandise. The drinks are barely cold because the coolers can't keep up, all the chocolate products are melted, and the bread products are dried out. The heat also surely has an impact on the perishable foods because it allows bacteria and mold to proliferate in the products, so expiration dates are meaningless. To top it off, the shelves are picked through and have not been restocked for over a week. I could understand if it were items damaged by the heat, but it's the whole damn place. The employees say it's been like that for several weeks and it will be several more before the A/C is fixed. What the hell is wrong with the owner of this place. Does he/she just not care? Is the place going out of business? Who knows. What I do know is that they have lost my business."
