"I love shopping at Cosmoprof. And it really helps when the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. Tarra really helped me with a problem I was having with my hair, and it came out fantastic, so if you do go to this cosmoprof request to speak with Tara, find out when she's working. Shaylyn is also a really nice person. It's nice to be greeted with a smile upon entering a business. I recommend this place."

"I walked around the store 15 min before even seeing their employee. She then didn't offer any help and when I finally went to her she was helping but not really wanting to. I can get past that i work in retail and totally understand, you have days your just over customers. She however neglected to tell me until I had been in the store a good 45min looking for exactly what I wanted that I need to have a cosmo license in order to purchase anything from this store. Complete waste of time for us both."
