"I go and get my hair done by Jane, she is by far the best stylist I have been to. She nails my color every-time. I have gone from blonde to brown and back to blonde again with her and she always finds a way to give me exactly what I want! She takes her time to make sure she does a good job, 10/10 recommend going to Jane!!"

"I had initially loved my color with Jane, and had many compliments on it. When I went in two and a half months later, I communicated clearly I wanted the same contrasting colors; dark blonde with a light blonde next to it to make it pop. After she washed my hair, (usually it feels good when you get your hair washed but her method was awkward and she didn’t suds up blonde which looked like one color. beneath my scalp) I knew when she was drying it her technique was vastly different from the first time and it was very, very blended-no dark and light like the first time, just a too toned blended color which looked like a single color. When I indicated that it was too blended I got attitude and was told I would have to pay half of cost again if I wanted it fixed. I left but called a friend who actually knows the proprietor of this beauty shop and plans on talking to her when she gets back from Maui. My daughter was there and also heard this attitude. Jane didn’t even listen to me or try to understand. It’s like she took it personally. I showed everyone at work my color and they all agree it is entirely different this time around. I think Jane would benefit from learning basic social skills. She shut me down without listening to me after I had sent clients her way after loving my hair the first time. So, if you don’t want to be listened to, and if you want your hair to turn out differently every time, go to Jane. I can’t wait for my friend to show the owner my original color and this one I am stuck with. We call it “greige.” Hideous. I went to another salon and the lady I talked to shook her head and said it is way too blended compared to the original color you are showing me in the picture. Not happy and out 100.00. Want my money back. Not listened to."

"I’ve been taking a while deciding if I wanted to write a review. Its especially hard because my hair stylist, Riss was very sweet and easy to talk to. Her color was impeccable and her prices were very reasonable. So I hired her for hair extensions. And it was unbelievably stressful and discouraging. After a $1000 bill, the extension started to slip. One slip was understandable-It was my first time. But then 2 more slipped and she couldn’t make time to see me within a reasonable time frame (1-2 days). I literally had my hair extension sticking out from my head. And small chunks of my hair were falling out with the bead! It was so embarrassing and scary. I later asked for a second opinion. I saw Tyler Burles who is a hair extension professional. And her words were “Whoever did your hair was lazy because it is poorly done. It should never slip.” I brought all of this info (respectfully) to Riss and her responses were very defensive and frantic. I asked for my money back and she wouldn’t budge. I even went as low at $175-&200 out of the $1000 dollars for a refund. But all she did was offer $60, give me a long spiel of how shes having a hard time, and then she canceled all my future appointments without notice. Very unprofessional. I will not go back. And now I will be doing a lot more research on my hair stylist the next time I want hair extensions. Thank you Riss, lesson learned. I’ll be sure to share my experience with everyone."

"Kendra is an excellent stylist. She cares about improving the health.of your hair as well as the look. She is stunning with her own hair, cosmetics, and fashion sense. After seeing her for a year I am a new woman with a renewed sense of my own beauty. If you want healthy hair as well as to look feel great, I highly recommend her! Also the salon is full of natural light and positive energy. Everyone here is always happy and friendly."
