"Third time trying to buy propane from them, they said they didn't want to. Not sure why, it's their job"
"Unfortunately I had a very terrible experience at this location. Cashier basically threw money at me and when I mentioned for him to please stop the manager actually encouraged his behavior and said I could take your name and number if you want to file a complaint. I wouldn't give him my number or name why would I the way I was treated. This used to be my regular stop going to my daughters. But now I will never come back. Let alone buy gas here at the Shell because they are connected to this location. I am very displeased with the behavior of both the cashier and the manager when I told him not to throw the money at me the cashier took my change and put it in his tip jar and told me to get out. I took my money back and told him that it was rude and his manager was been asking for my name and number to file a complaint and allowing his cashier to treat a customer in that manner. Blaming me for what was going on rather than having accountability for their actions. No wonder customer service is failing these days considering this is how managers are training them to behave. Very sad very disappointing don't ever go here."
