"I usually have to drive across town to Petsmart to get my dogs nails trimmed -he never likes going and the traffic is horrible -so it's a cumbersome task. I googled pet shops in Canby and found Natures Pet right down the road. I called to ask about pricing+booking and on the other end of the line was a woman who was so kind and helpful. I brought my pup in the following Saturday evening for a nail trim. I was greeted by the kindest staff and I could tell my dog was at ease and had little to no anxiety. One of the groomers Jess came out to speak and meet my dog. she was so nice and reassuring! She took him back and was done in no time - she said he was so good and not anxious !! He came out acting like he lived there and was so at ease. I teared up because he has never felt/looked this happy after a grooming visit before. I am so grateful to the team for making this a great experience for both he and I ! I promptly went to find him treats to spoil him & they had a fairly priced array of organic treats. I grabbed a few , paid and departed . HAPPY AS A CLAM! We will be back VERY soon. Thank you x 10000 "
