"Very nice office! Ashley, who I found later, has NO professional esthetic training and knows very little about skin and nothing about nerves….. guaranteed 3 fraxel treatment at $2,100, would reduce the appearance of electrolysis scars ! 3 treatments and there no noticeable improvement! My skin broke out is an huge rash and is worse than before treatment! Ashley is a nice young lady but knows very little about anything ! 1 day after 2nd treatment, the clinic asked me to have my blood tested for diseases cos Ashly poked her finger while drawing my blood ! I told them I have no diseases ! It’s a less than 1% chance of contracting diseases from a needle stick ! I took time out of my day, my expense and proved “I have no diseases”! They said they would pay for it! I had to ask them 3X’s to be reimbursement for my blood work expenses over $850 ! Why didn’t they say something at the time of the blood draw and send the test out then? I wouldn’t take advice from this clinic ! They lied about their knowledge, experience and procedures ! Wasted my time and money w no visible improvements ! I’m a fully licensed cosmetologist, electrologist and can do my own micro needling at home now for the scarring! It is working out very well ! They may be best at simple tasks such as Botox or lip injections! IDK! Very deceptive ! Waste of money for absolutely nothing ! Actually it cost me time and $$$ !"
