"We have rented equipment several times through the years from Bottens. So much at times it was weekly. Normally with great success. Once with a tire issue on a deck over, they made it right and paid back the bill we paid for a blown out tire. We ended up seeing the deck over tires on a whole were not taken very good care of for the use they endure. So much that there was a specific trailer we wouldn't take. We rented a piece of equipment today(one we have rented same time last year that worked perfectly) for some reason this one wouldn't work for our use. The tracts were not working properly and we couldn't finish, rather barely start our project. We could get no traction. This was mentioned upon bringing back(was going to rent the whole day but since it wouldn't work took it back early) was told they would have to look at it with no offer of any kind of discount. Never looking for anything for free but we have been loyal customers for a long time and expect to be able to use the equipment we rent without issues. Unfortunately this is not the first time we see equipment going out that probably shouldn't without some care or repairs done to it. Just disappointed as this is a company we continue to use."

"Scheduled a piece of equipment rental on a Friday for the following week in person that person said they would call on Monday. No call, called on Tuesday and they no longer can accommodate my rental needs. And the gentleman I talked to on Tuesday just didn't really seem to care about what this has caused, frustration and stress. As now after making all the plans and having the trialer rental set. Not having this reliability of the rental company has now created an unnecessary nightmare for me the customer!!! If you plan to rent something and you scheduled it have a back up plan because there is a lack of follow through. Best regards."
