COVID-19 Drive-Thru Testing at Walgreens 1704 East Main Street, Cottage Grove, OR 97424

"This used to be one of the best pharmacies in town, but ever since the original staff quit, they hired a bunch of fresh out of college morons who are more worried about the harmless COVID-19 than people's well being. They would always shut the whole pharmacy down every time someone who works in there gets a sniffle. There were multiple times where I've had to drive all the way to Springfield for my mom's meds because this one was closed for some stupid reason and some people cannot be late on their meds. Stop hiring a bunch of lazy Snowflakes."

"Stopped at store this morning and saw they had summer apparel marked down 90%. We grabbed a few pair of slides to wear around the house. When checker tried to scan the sandals, they wouldn’t scan. She had to call the manager up to help and when she came up she said they couldn’t sell them to us because they wouldn’t scan and hauled them off. Very poor customer service!!! I have worked in retail most of my life and I know there is a misc sale button to ring items like this up. They should have figured a way to sell the shoes to us. I’ll consider this in the future before I shop here again. Only giving one star because the checker was very nice and I could see she felt sorry for us. Update: The Store manager reached out and we have been emailing back and forth. Overall, this has become a teaching moment for their store's staff. We are pleased that they are resolving this and educating their staff on how to handle customer service issues in the future."
