"Ordered a gun online for in store pick up. Prior to pick up, the order changed status to “picked up”. Called customer service and they said they would call the store and call me back. Never received a call back. Went to the store and thankfully the gun was ready. A younger guy helped me at the counter and his customer service was good. However, managers were giving him direct feedback in front of everyone for something that had happened the day prior. I have been in management for years and this was extremely unprofessional. One of them even said “it’s his fault” in regards to information needed for my background. Not to my face of course but I heard him. So incredibly rude! I had 2 forms since my license has a previous address which, according to the website, was all I needed. They got busy while he was helping me with background check information and everyone, except the younger guy, didn’t seem interested in helping customers or the guy helping me. I get that you need to hire people with a lot of experience and knowledge of guns. But just as important should be their ability to care and provide good customer service. I called again today to check on my background and the experience was much better. It’s a weekend so I imagine the dept manager wasn’t who I spoke to."
"I had a terrible experience. I purchased a safe online that was advertised as free gun with purchase. Not true. I wasn’t prompted to pick out a gun or add to my cart so I figured it was because need for background check paperwork etc. I went to the store and was told shouldn’t be a problem but they would have to talk to management and have them contact me. Never happened so I went back again and same response from employee who told me to come back in a couple of days and talk to manager. I did but he dropped me off to employee again who told me I would have to return the safe and repurchase which would make total delivery price $975 dollars. Ridiculous! Also didn’t get any paperwork from manufacturer or the power cord and was told to contact the manufacturer because they couldn’t find anything. Who would spend that much money to get a gun that sells for under $200 dollars. I’m out and never going back!"
"Customer service is terrible. They tell you they'll give you a call/email once your order is ready but never do. Then when you go in to check in on your order they act like you're a nuisance. This will be my last purchase here. Ever. Decided to give it 2 stars instead of 1 for the workers there that actually have good service, and their selection of firearms. I can understand them constantly being busy and understaffed, but I shouldn't have to feel like I'm annoying someone for simply doing their job, that's just weird."

"Update: 09/19/2022 - The culture here has changed in a big way. Excellent. Enter the Twilight Zone of human suffering and sporting equipment. Downgrading my rating after dealing with miserable Kaylie - atrocious customer service. I asked to look at a Vortex red dot scope and she said, “Take a number - Are you gonna buy it or just look?” Instead Purchased at Coastal Farms along with a New Springfield Saint AR15. Had another horrible experience today with Kelsey after she had a meltdown over my customer loyalty number. She screamed, “What’s your phone number?” It’s almost laughable at this point - something isn’t right at this store. Shane in the gun department is a cool guy though. Dealt with Josh and Emily today - both were nice - bumping up my rating!"
