I had to provide a name, address and phone number to make a purchase. I used a debit card which will show up in their purchase records. Now, because their estimate of how much polymeric sand I would need was 7 bags too much (I only used 5 of the 12 bags they calculated) they won't take it back because I didn't keep the receipt. They are the only supplier of the grey version of this product in Roseburg. The "manager" was rude and wouldn't even take the time to check their records to verify the purchase."
