"Really unprofessional. I've been contacted by several of their recruiters and this is usually how it goes: 1) they contact me and tell me I'd be a 'great fit' 2) I send them my resume and we talk on the phone. They once again tell me I'd be a 'great fit' and get me excited about a position 3) they tell me they're going to 'forward my resume to their manager' 4) I never hear from them again even after repeatedly attempting to contact them If you get Inmail from them on LinkedIn, don't bother replying. They'll just ghost you like all of the other recruiters on LinkedIn."

"I don't recommend to work with them. Especially with recruiter Colby Robinson and his manager who didn't even bothered to give her name during a conversation. If you are from different country origin, they ask you questions about your immigration status and other sensitive personal details. They don't understand that they are not a background checking company. They decided to verify by themselves asking stupid questions. That's unprofessional and Kforce needs to train them about this."

"Pretty good staffing company. Benefits are a bit weak but similar to what many others offer. Their payroll system is a bit buggy and has caused issues with getting paid a few times."

"I found them to be completely unprofessional. I was called by them to come for an interview and made an appt. I was later told that someone else would join us. When I showed up for the interview the person that scheduled it didn't even bother to show up or let me know that she couldn't make it, her name was Barbara. I had to hear it from someone else after I was already there. I went through an interview with Alicia and left. The next day Alicia called me and left a message for me to call her back, which I did ten minutes after she left the message. I left a message and never heard anything back. I called two other times that day and she never answered or called back. The next day I emailed them and said thanks anyway. I find their lack of follow through to be a waste of my time and unprofessional. Erik Espericueta"
