"Printing on their color printer is one of the most horrendous experiences of my life. After they took more than $5 on my credit card, it would not upload my file and print it. I tried again. It took another $5 plus and would not in a reasonable time upload the file. Now there was a long line waiting to Xerox glaring at me. I was now late for a meeting and had to go empty handed. Days later I found that the unused money was never reversed. $10 plus dollars for zip! Thank you Staples! Went to Ray's printing and he color xeroxed it for half the price."

"Bought my new laptop here. Wonderful customer service. Knowledgeable staff and comparable pricing with the best service and warranties packages available anywhere for those less tech savvy such as myself."

"Avoid this store!!!! Closed their beautiful bathrooms to customers!!!!! I drink a lot of water and require access to bathrooms when I shop. They have code access or a clerk was opening the door for customers, but no more!!! I encourage management and store owner to find a solution rather than penalize your loyal customers by taking away their access to a bathroom. A store employee gave me a lot of bogus reasons of why you no longer open the bathroom door for your customers. I say avoid this store until they can open their bathroom up again!!!!!!!"

"Went to Staples this am, which I hardly ever do because the copy center is usually backed up and hard to navigate. However I was surprised to find "Samantha" a super helpful and extremely knowledgable employee. She excused herself from a customer she was working with, while the customer filled out something. Coming over and helping me. Wow! As a past manager/Owner of businesses I'm impressed to see this customer oriented, multitasking, pleasent, knowledgeable and extremely competent employee in an area she obviously takes pride in. So pay are attention management. Give the kudos she deserves. Good employees are to find. So keep her!"

"In this day and age it's such a pleasure to get good service. The cashier Adrian was so nice and helpful. I hope he stays there as so many stores have a big turnover. Also the copy center there is great. Very helpful. And I have sent back Amazon packages with no problems! Great customer service!"
