"My husband and I made a date to snuggle on mattresses all over Eugene and started at Mattress Firm with Laurel (who was pretty new). She was delightful and was not put off by our snuggle antics (we revel in our weirdness). We both went into the store with different bed front runners in our minds. Laurel took the time to find out the "why" we were in the market and found the perfect bed for us. It would have been fun to try all the beds in town, but when you find the right one... you just know. Husband and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary in our new bed. "We bought our second bed here today a, Sterns and Foster estate 15+ euro pillow top double king. It had a big ticket on it but we have been exceptionally pleased with the queen we bought a couple years ago here. We didn’t get the same bed because it is no longer available. Ben helped us today and he spent a lot of time with us with no pressure. It turned out to be the first bed he showed us. After much time on our backs it was the last. Overall, we were very satisfied with our second experience at the Mattress Firm. Thanks Ben!"
