"So I spent $2,000 on some chairs. They were supposed to be delivered today. Never showed up so I looked up the Tracking , it was delivered to someone in TX !!! I live in Oregon. So upsetting just to hear I'm sorry for your inconvenience. It's $2000 I didn't buy it for some strange dude in Texas. Funny thing is they signed for it. Our names are way different. I was going to purchase a matching couch but I guess I'll be doing shopping somewhere else. They tell you to email them like they plan on helping you out. Nope I sent two emails never got a response"

"My husband and I ordered a bed on December 31st, due to the information provided by the sales person, Ashley’s does not do courtesy calls before delivering and obviously someone needs to be home, so we had to schedule our delivery for January 13th as it was the first day we could guarantee someone would be home all day. Due to the unfortunate weather circumstances our delivery was pushed back to the 18th, hen cancelled and scheduled for 19th, then either the 20th or the 21st, and we finally received it today, January 21st. When the we unwrapped the bed, one entire end is completely soaked. Ashley’s warranty is voided if there are any stains to the mattress, so we called to talk to someone and let them know, the woman sent us a claim form and then hung up on us when we were clarifying how to complete the form. This company is full of unprofessional and unorganized people, and I would not buy from them if I were you."
