"They need you to come in person for every single thing, including removing a signer from an account! The old signer is supposed to come in! And you have to make an appointment that is convenient for them. I’ve never had my time wasted like this in my life. I will never join another credit union."

"I'd like to start with I do not have an account with them. I'm with a branch account. My debit card was compromised and I am waiting for it to send out. I was told this bank was a branch where I can withdraw cash. I've been twice. First time was super easy. The lady was nice. Told her I was a branch, gave her the name, location, my member id, and my state id. Done in a few minutes. Second time I went in, I nice person helped me, Ashlee, I think she was new, but she was very sweet. No problem. It was the one behind her, maybe the manager? She wasn't wearing a name tag and was leaning in the back. When she asked the person behind her if we do branch withdraws without accounts she looked at me and abruptly said 'No'. I said "That's strange, I was in here Friday and we didn't have a problem. Has something changed?" She then said 'Well, we might, but there is a limit. And it depends on your credit union'. Which I knew this all ready. I only needed a few bucks to get through the rest of the week. She seemed very apprehensive in allowing me to withdraw money. After I explained that this was a branch and I only needed 40 bucks, she allowed the nice woman in the front to help me. Needless to say, I withdrew more just in case because I didn't want to have to come back. If you are a branch credit inion, or if you happen to be oh, I don't know, not white and not have an account with them, maybe avoid this location. No excuse to be this incompetent at her job, especially while someone is learning under you."
