Currently, the park consists of two open fields with informal walking paths near Madison Middle School. The park development project is in the documentation phase and construction is set to begin in Spring 2023, with completion expected by Spring 2024. "Yes ,the Santa Clara Park is Quite Large, but if You are Going to Say that This is a Park, You Can Use it As a Wonderful Parking Lot, but Again Please Let Me Ask You for Your Understanding and Prospective When You Get Together With the Knowledge that I Have Been Going to Real Parks All My Life and this Piece of Dirt has some Area's of Grass, but it Has Been Deamed by Santa Clara, Lane County As A Park, but Again Please Let Me Know if You Guys Have Already Been Their, But Again All Joking Aside, it is Unfortunate What Has Transpired At the So Called Park, It Looks Like A Parking Lot Area, Please Tell Me if You Think That I Am Truly Wrong about this Park, So I am Very Unhappy About this, Because We All Pay Taxes For This So Called Park, First Thing That I Would Definitely Recommend Is to Proceed Forward With a Great Play Structure and the Things That You Guys Would Normally See and Do At A Nice Park and Put in Some Parking Area for All of Us to Park, A Wonderful Bathroom ,Girl's and Boys, and Then I Have The County Put in a Slide, Maybe A Couple of the Other Required Fun Stuff That You Would Normally See At A Universal Fun Park, Maybe a Wonderful Drinking Fountain, But Again I Will Guarantee that You And I Have Been Paying For This and We Will Continue To Keep Paying For "The Park " Until We All Have and Are Living in the Area of the So Called Park, Which I Just Visited Today and I Quite Frankly Am Really Very Apologizing Because Had I Known that They Have Deemed This As A GREAT AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS PARK, I AM REALLY HOPEFUL THAT YOU WOULD KNOW THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PARK SITUATION ALONG TIME AGO AND I HOLD NOT JUST MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT THE LANE COUNTY IS SAYING THAT THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PARK, BUT I AM REALLY SADDENED THAT EVERYONE WHO LIVES IN THE AREA, THAT WE ARE ALL LETTING OURSELVES DOWN, BUT WE ALL ARE VERY WELL ACCOUNTABLE FOR OUR KIDS AND THE HOMEOWNERS THAT WE ALL CAN DO SO VERY MUCH BETTER, BUT I DEFINITELY EXPECT THAT WE AND MYSELF INCLUDED CAN MAKE THIS SO CALLED PARK, SO VERY MUCH BETTER THAN THE WAY IT IS RIGHT NOW AND I BELIEVE WE ALL HAVE A PART THAT WE CAN PLAY, BECAUSE WE ARE ALL PAYING TAXES FOR THIS PARK, Maybe We Can Make it a Safe, Dog Friendly and Fun Place to Help Provide a Wonderful Day Park For All of Our Fantastic Children to Provide All of Us to Come and Enjoy With Your Families and Your Four Legged Family Members, Again I Would Really Like To Say Thank You For All of Your Help With This Situation With "THE SANTA CLARA PARK " LANE COUNTY, Please Take Care of Yourselves,Please be Safe,Thank You Again For All of Your Help, Best Regards, David Collier, I Was A Homeowner Wilkes Ave. And I Am A Homeowner on YOGI WAY, 97404, I Would Really Like To Say Thank You To Everyone Who Really Tries To Always Help Make Our Fantastic Neighborhood Safe and Always Looking Amazing, Again I Would Really Appreciate You All Doing Whatever You Can to Help Make Santa Clara Park, Be Able To Successfully Succeed In Helping Us With The Information Needed To Be Successful In The Calling of the Required Lane County Parks Department, Downtown At The Lane County Business Office, Again Please Take Care, Thank You Again, Best Regards, David Collier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
