"Why no seating??? Bruh. What's the point? Are you a drive through only now? Now I'm going to Dutch lol. The only reason I like Starbucks is cause I can sit for a minute."

"It's December 2023 and they think it's March 2020. No use of restroom and no seating. Hyper lame. Avoid"

"I'm never going to this Starbucks again. It is impossible to know when is a good time to place a mobile order, if I make it too early they make the food and let it sit there and melt. If I make it a few minutes before I get there, they refuse to make it until I'm actually sitting in front of the window. They made my drink so that it could sit there and melt, and then made me wait 5 minutes to get my sandwich. There were two cars in front of me, one of which took forever to get out of the way, I can only assume they had a huge order which shouldn't have been done at the drive-thru, which left plenty plenty, plenty of time for them to heat up my sandwich which takes 30 seconds. But instead they made my frappuccino and let it sit on the counter and melt, while making me wait in front of the window for my sandwich. Their customer service at this location is garbage!!!"

"Meh. My wife liked the breakfast sandwich. We didn't get coffee. This store has "temporarily" closed their bathrooms and seating. I assume it is how they are dealing with the homeless in the area, but I don't really know. Doesn't make for a welcoming space though."

"Three stars for the owner or management. Should be zero but your people who work in this place deserve 5 Stars. The dining room and rest rooms are closed to the people who spend their money here keeping the doors open. Why, you ask? Pull up a chair, have a seat and I will tell you - The City refuses to do anything positive for the community as regards the homeless population. Business is suffering. Consumers are suffering. Citizens are suffering. Neighborhoods are suffering. Still, the City, the Clinic, the Hospital, the Church continue to exacerbate the problem by running around in circles crying over the inhumanity of it all. Change has to happen. Physical change. Then you can deal with socioeconomic, sociomentality, and any other isms that suit your current philosophy towards others. Good people work at this Starbucks. Be supportive of their lives. Their livelihood. Their place in the Universe."
